Women in Science
"From then on the leaves of the tree of knowledge were for the women and for the healing of the nations." - Lucy Stone In general, I admire the power of the women in science, because they show the intelligence what the women have. But in especial, I admire one of these women. The woman in science who I admire is Marie Curie (1867-1934). She was born in Warsaw, in the Russian partition of Poland, on 7 November 1867. She's real name was Maria Salomea Skłodowska-Curie but she changed her name when she left of Paris. She was a scientist polish of French nationality. She had the possibility to study in a school and in a university and in this period study was difficult to the women. She studied Physics in Paris.
