Changes to my Faculty and my study programme


I'm studying Biochemistry (I'm in the first year), and since the last year, in the University of Chile implement a new study programme. Honestly, the study programme that we have is so good. When I was looking for the place to study Biochemistry, I see different study programmes and that of the University of Chile was the only one that I liked, because have a lot of chemistry and I love chemistry more than biology, so I prefer study here. So, until now, I will don't change anything of that study programme. The only problem is the length of studies, in this University during 11 semesters (almost 6 years) and in others countries only during 4 years, so I would like to change that.

About the Faculty, I think is big, not much compared the others faculty of this University, but have a lot of green areas and that is so beautiful. My school was so small; we don't have green areas, only buildings, so I like the infrastructure of the Faculty. But we don't have a place to eat in this Faculty, we only have a cafeteria and "Anexo", a place to study and eat, but soon we will have one with the new building! The other place I would like to change is the library, I think it is very small for so many students and it produces many noise.

About the technology, compares the others universities is not the best, but allow us to learn the necessary to get along in the work area, so I think is ok.

And about the teaching methods, I'm still getting used it to, because in my school the class are personalized, there are only 27 studies in the classroom, sometimes I miss that. But i think the teaching methods is according the university education

Photographs I love

Hi everyone, in this blog I will talk about two specials photographs what I love. One of their is this photograph: Special Photograph❤ This photograph was taken by my mom since 2003. You can see me so happy with my grandmother and my best friend.  My grandmother died in 2004 and she was so special for me in my childhood, I love her so much and I always remember her. She taught me who to be stronger and more polite. She showed me the classic music, and taught me to dance. And my best friend always stay by me for everything including when my grandmother dead. This is me

My name is Valeria Olavarría. I'm the only son of my parents.  They met when my dad returned of Germany after twenty years in this place in a pub club. I was born in Santiago of Chile in 1998, more specific in December, 21 ( the day of "the end of the world" ). My parents got married one year after I born. We live in San Miguel since I was born in a big house because this house was of the family of my dad and in this place lived ten person but it's comfortable. I like sing (with all my ❤), listen music, dance, see movies and series, play games and sleep. This is me sing on a presentation I studied in Subercaseaux College for thirteen years and when I left this place I felt so sad because I have so many friends but like this is the life and my dream was study in a university.  And now I'm here in the Biochemistry career in the University of Chile 😆 beside you👀.  Haha LOL.
